RETURN/EXCHANGE Portal
We do allow exchanges and returns within 30 days of the order date for the Continental U.S. only. We do not accept exchanges or returns for Canada orders.

RETURNS- All returns must be in the original packaging and all binding must be in tact. Once we receive the product in hand your refund will be processed. All returns (minus shipping) will be processed on the original form of payment. There will be a 15% restocking fee. If you wish to avoid the restocking fee, we can process an exchange for you or store credit. All returns not in original binding and packaging will be subject to a higher restock fee or denial of return.

EXCHANGES- All exchanges must be in the original packaging and all binding must be in tact. Once we receive the product in hand your exchange will be processed. Incoming and outgoing packages are sent by UPS Ground. See the map below for transit (business) days. If the order needs to be expedited the stylist is responsible for the cost difference in shipping. You may exchange your order for a new order and pay a difference if upgraded. We can also apply the amount (minus shipping) to a gift card to avoid a restocking fee.

Shipping Information
All orders ship same day if placed before Noon Pacific Time (1 PM Mountain Time, 2PM Central Time and 3PM Eastern Time) Monday through Friday via UPS.
Any orders placed thereafter will be processed and shipped the next business day. Shipping excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive your UPS tracking information via email.

GROUND Transit days are for BUSINESS DAYS only. Please account for weekends and holidays. All orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona with 4 shipping options at checkout:

Can I color or tone your extensions?
YES and NO :)

Semi-permanent colors/glosses can be used. We recommend sealing our extensions dry out of the package with a CLEAR DEMI GLOSS for the manufacturer's recommended processing time prior to installing or at the initial install. Shampoo and condition. Gloss and trim at maintenance appointments

Permanent Color can be used to root our wefts with 6 Volume, but do not exceed 10 Volume Developer.

Can I use VIVID COLORS on your extensions?
[VIVID and FUSION COLORS VOID ALL WARRANTIES] "Vivid" colors or “Fusion” colors are not specifically formulated to be used on chemically processed extension hair. There are several reasons why repeated use can lead to issues such as dryness, tangling, and brittleness:

Highly Pigmented = Highly Penetrative These colors are designed to deliver intense vibrancy, often requiring the hair to be highly porous to take well. Repeated use can make extension hair dry, porous, or fragile, especially since extensions lack the natural oil production of a living scalp.

pH Shifts and Porosity Imbalance Ingredients like citric acid, isopropyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, and acidic dyes can alter the pH of the hair shaft, weakening cuticles and causing loss of smoothness and strength. This leads to increased tangling and dryness. Conditioning Proteins

Fusion formulas may also include conditioning proteins, which can build up over time, making extensions feel stiff or brittle—particularly if the extensions have already been lightened or toned.

Frequent Color Refreshes = Overprocessing Fashion shades fade quickly, often prompting refreshes every few weeks. This frequent chemical exposure—combined with heat styling and alcohol-based products—adds layered chemical stress, compounding damage in a way that natural hair can often withstand but extension hair cannot.

Best Practices When Using Vivid Colors on Extensions To help protect the integrity and lifespan of extension hair: Always pre-seal extensions with a clear demi-permanent gloss before applying any vivid or semi-permanent colors. Use protein-free, sulfate-free, and alcohol-free aftercare to prevent dryness, stiffness, and tangling. Limit color refreshes and always follow up with a hydrating, extension-safe deep conditioner or mask.
How do I tell my clients to maintain their extensions?
With each pack of hair purchased, you will receive a FREE haircare card with instructions. Please go over these instructions with your guests. We also offer extra packs of hair care cards to purchase. Educating the guest about hair care is the responsibility of the stylist.
